Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order: The minimum order for all customers is $50.00 (excluding shipping charges).  Orders for less than $50.00 will be accepted but a $10.00 handling fee will be added in addition to shipping and other charges.

Special Orders: Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Payment of your order: Payment may be made with check, bank check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard or American Express. Credit card payments are always appreciated.

Terms Net 30: Only those who have been pre-approved may use terms with us.

Taxes: Washington state customers must have a current Reseller’s Permit on file with us. Orders shipped out of Washington state are not subject to sales tax.

Discounts:  We offer quantity discounts on many of our items. We will apply all applicable discounts to your order.

Shipping: Your order will be sent by US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless you request otherwise. Actual Shipping Charges will be added to your order upon payment processing. Most US orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail. Small Flat Rate Box $9.45, Medium Flat Rate Box $16.10, Large Flat Rate Box $21.50. Insurance will add to these prices.  Our website does not calculate shipping charges. The actual cost of shipping will be added to your order. We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.

A $10.00 Handling Fee will be added to orders less than $50.00.

 Backorders: Unless otherwise arranged, we will not keep a backorder list for out-of-stock items.

Returns: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any item you receive from us, simply return it in its original condition with a copy of the invoice or sales receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange it, credit your account or refund your money. Items returned in their original condition after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refund for special orders. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
