Terms and Conditions

Hands of the Hills Wholesale: We are a wholesale company and as such you must possess a sales and use tax resale certificate for your state in order to purchase from us. Please include that information with your first order.

Minimum Order: The minimum order for new customers is $50.00 (excluding shipping charges).  Orders for less than $50.00 will be accepted but a $10.00 handling fee will be added in addition to shipping and other charges.

Special Orders: We are happy to work with you on a special order but please note: special order items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Payment of your order: Payment may be made with check, bank check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard or American Express. Credit card payments are always appreciated.

Discounts:  We offer quantity discounts on many of our items. We will apply all applicable discounts to your order.

Shipping: Your order will be sent by US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless you request otherwise. Actual Shipping Charges will be added to your order upon payment processing. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail will be sent in the smallest, safest, least expensive size of box possible. Insurance will add to these prices.  Our website does not calculate shipping charges. The actual cost of shipping will be added to your order. We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.

A $10.00 Handling Fee will be added to orders less than $50.00.

 Backorders: Unless by prior arrangement, we will not keep a backorder list for out-of-stock items.

Returns: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any item you receive from us, simply return it in its original condition with a copy of the invoice or sales receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange it, credit your account or refund your money. No returns beyond 30 days without extenuating circumstances. No refund for special orders. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
