Terms and Conditions
Minimum
Order: The
minimum order for all customers is $75.00 (except orders for catalogs). Orders for less than $75.00 will be accepted but are subject
to a $10.00 handling fee in addition to shipping and other charges.
Payment
of your order:
Payment may be made with check, bank check, money order, Visa, or Mastercard.
Credit card payments are always appreciated.
COD orders will have an additional COD charge of $8.50.
Terms:
Only those who have been pre-approved may use terms with us.
If you would like to establish credit terms, please send credit
references of businesses with whom you have established credit. This process may take up to 4 weeks before we can honor your
credit terms.
Taxes:
Washington state customers must have a current business tax license number on
file with us. Orders shipped out of Washington state are not subject to
sales tax.
Discounts: We offer quantity discounts on many of our items. We will
apply all applicable discounts to your order.
Shipping: Your order will be sent UPS
Standard Ground, insured, unless you request otherwise.
Please be sure to include a street address for UPS delivery.
If you prefer, your order can be sent by Priority Mail.
Our website does not
calculate shipping charges.
The actual
cost of shipping will be added to your order.
We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Backorders:
Unless otherwise arranged, we will not keep a backorder list for out-of-stock
items.
Catalogs:
Our Wholesale Catalog has a charge of $5.00, that is
not refundable at the time of your order.
Shipping is included.
Returns: If, for any reason, you
are not satisfied with any item you receive from us, simply return it in its
original condition with a copy of the invoice or sales receipt within 30
days of purchase and we will exchange it, credit your account or refund
your money. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
